Shipping & Returns

 SHIPPING 

  • Free Shipping on all orders over $50
  • A flat rate of $10 for orders under $50
  • A tracking number will be provided as soon as it becomes available.
  • We aim to ship orders within 1-3 business days. Weekends and holidays are not included in these estimates.
  • We currently only offer shipping within Canada

Please note: We are not responsible for packages that are lost or stolen after being delivered by the carrier, nor for delays beyond our control (e.g., courier strikes, inclement weather

 

RETURNS:

To receive a refund or store credit, items must:

  • Be unworn with all tags attached.
  • Show no signs of wear (e.g., make-up marks)
  • Not be a FINAL SALE item (discounted 40% or more).
  • Not include candles, sprays and body care, earrings, or bodysuits.

 

Refund Options

  1. Refund to the original payment method, minus a $10 postage fee.
  2. Save the postage fee and choose a store credit to receive a full refund in the form of a gift card.

 

IMPORTANT:

PLEASE RETURN ITEMS IN THEIR ORIGINAL PACKAGING/BOX

  • Exchanges are not available. Please place a new order if needed.
  • Return items must be postmarked and back in the mail within 10 days of delivery.

 

START YOUR RETURN

  1. Visit the Returns Portal HERE
  2. Enter your order # and email or phone number
  3. Select the item(s) you want to return and provide a reason.
  4. Choose between a Store Credit or a Refund (a $10 postage fee will be deducted for refunds made to the original form of payment)       

 

NEXT STEPS

  • You’ll receive a return confirmation email with all the information needed.
  • Print the return shipping label and attach it to the original packaging (the one it arrived in)
  • Drop off the package at your nearest Canada Post or UPS location

 

Once we receive, review and approve your return, the refund will be processed
